Uh, scuse me? 66KB/s? WTF?

Point is, the $%*#& ISPs still suck major arse. They can’t keep up with the user base. Of course, these are all poor companies that don’t have a lot of capital to spend on those luxuries like, uh, upgrading the hardware.

Sweet Willy Rollbar. I’m pissed off.

That does suck Grendel. I will run a test from home tonight to see what I am running at and post the results up here.
For a cable service that is pretty piss poor and you deserve a rational excuse for this.

Well, apparently (maybe?) they are doing some work to get the fiber optic technology into place. My connection speed is back up to full speed this morning (supposed to be 5000 down/ 384 up). However, I’m still upset that they haven’t sent out any kind of email with this information. They just abuse customers and think we’re too dumb to realize what’s going on.

It’s like buying a Greyhound ticket and having the bus go 2mph for a while without MTA saying shite. “Yep, we’re still going…” ehh, whatever. I just get angry when the big companies think that the masses are sooooo tech ignorant that we don’t realize that they are providing poor service without any indication that things are going differently.

    Anyway:
