My City is not even on the list its so bad. You have snowstorms. Here in Texas we have heatwaves. Over 100 degree with 100% humidity. Talk about nasty. For me I would always rather be in a cold area because I can always warm up, as for the areas with heat (like we have) it seems that you can't ever cool down. Its ok Phil.
