Back in it

Well after approximately 2 years without using my Playstation, I finally broke down and went shopping for a game.
I did not want a sports game since these I only seem to play for 30 minutes then put it away. This time I was looking for a strategy game, this allows me to save the game and then pick up from where I left off.

Declassified Report on FBI’s Borked Investigation Process

June 10, 2005 · Posted in General · 1 Comment

Yesterday marked the day when a 300+ page report reached the public describing how the FBI could have evaded at least 2 of the 9/11 hijackers.

The F.B.I. missed at least five chances in the months before Sept. 11, 2001, to find two hijackers as they prepared for the attacks and settled in San Diego, the Justice Department inspector general said in a report made public on Thursday after being kept secret for a year. Investigators were stymied by bureaucratic obstacles, communication breakdowns and a lack of urgency, the report said.

Actually it’s probably much less considering the amount of blackouts contained within. Personally, I think there’s nothing like a little light reading over a pleasant weekend of camping.

You can find the NYT article here and the report here. Note that at the time of this posting, net traffic to the USDOJ website was quite congested.

Enjoy, fellow Snowbrainers!
