Well I used to have a Vision Jinx deck back in the day and I believe Paul used to ride a Vision Psycho Stix deck which was one of many. Sorry Dannyboy I do not remember what you had.
My first board was actually The Vision Agressor.
God man, that was such a great era for skateboarding. In a way I still miss that halfpipe we had.
Yeah, my first board was a Primo Desiderio…think that’s how you spell the last name. Anyway, him and his wife were like the only freestyle skate duo….kinda gay, but whatever. I miss those days of old. I remember going down to the Niagara River and skating one section of the bike path over and over on that board, cuz it was like a mini downhill. Later on we found that the great skate climb to the top of ‘Base Hill Road’ was worth all the speed wobbles and road rash we could harvest from its weather washed asphalt surface:)

But, I have reaped the rewards of Phil’s extensive skater clothing collection, which definitely improved my cool factor in college. I know – poseur. But it got me laid.
Well if I had this kind of board back then maybe I would have stayed with it.

The video that clip is from is called ‘Yeah Right!’ Is was directed by Spike Jonez for Plan B skateboards. Its a really cool video, even if ya don’t skate anymore. That segment was called ‘green boards’ cuz they used the green screen editing technique on ‘em. Owen Wilson also makes a cameo appearance in this video…pretty funny stuff…if ya like Owen Wilson. They also did an invisible ramp session which made the skaters look superhuman! Bad-ass. Recommend that one from Netflix if ya got it.
