Paul Vott would. But he ran away because nobody commented on his slick calendar post. Let's all go and post there now. You must include bacon in the post.

Yup... I remember that kid.. he was on theScreenSavers at one time. The only reason it was done was to prove that it could be done. I do not think he would actually try and use each for a specific purpose.

Yea I don't see a need for this either. I use linux at work and would never attempt to run any windows software via vmware ever. If theres no similar app for linux to do it, then I don't need to be doing it. I read some kid had 100 OS installs on one machine, if I find the link I'll post it.. but thats just "Ludicrisp" as Mike Tyson would say.

Ah....

This is just stupid. I understand that Linux (different distros) will work on the new MacIntels but in my opinion its kinda odd. Mac OS X had FreeBSD cored into it. Why would you need to install Linux? Anyway. I have installed a Dual Boot (Windows & Mac OS X) onto an MacIntel iMac at my work. Its cool and all but when you think about booting into each and then not being able to use both at the same time it makes it pretty usless.

I agree that most Mac Users will not install Windows of any type to be used as a fulltime OS. I would honestly say that if I had a MacIntel unit I would not install Windows on it. Just a waste of time and space. Now if I could use it like XWindows then maybe. But still the best option is two seperate machines.

Now building a MicroATX machine and running OSX86 on it is a great Idea. Everyone wants something damn slick as a HTPC. I must say that if your looking for fancy and flashy then Apple's Mac OS X is for sure one of the best. I was really considering on getting a MacMini and making it the BadAss HTPC but that may come in the future.
