In case you missed this year’s Tour (and victory by Floyd Landis, American cyclist), OLN TV is showing a tour recap on Sunday July 30th at 7pm ET. Landis was extremely impressive; after securing the yellow jersey, he bonked out on the second mountain stage in the Alps and lost 8 minutes. That should have sunk him and he was effectively dismissed as a likely winner…

Geocaching
Well I have been wanting to post about this for a month or so, but with my current work situation, my time was limited. Anyways about a month ago I started geocaching with Evildiva. She found out about it when her cousin brought a GPS out for a family holiday gathering and went with her on a couple hunts. Jake had also been telling me about this, but really didn’t think much about it.

www.lollapalooza.com So I’m gonna take a dip in the music pool of yesteryear. I went to my first ‘Lolla’ with the help of my dear brother, who pretty much made it all happen.  There was no way in hell the parents were gonna let ‘ole Gaylord take the Astro van 4 hours up north into Canada. Check out the artists. And the stages. They now actually have a kids stage…which goes to show the target demographic is still geared towards the likes of our generation:) Also lemme know you you recommend a band or two….best believe I’ll be headbangin’ to some Wolfmother!
