Quelque Chose clone….halfway home.

November 9, 2007 · Posted in Beer, Projects

So tomorrow I’ll be brewing a Belgian Dubbel.  Destined for blueberry’s.  But since THAT beer isn’t my brainchild, what I am excited about is racking my clone into the secondary and adding #15 of tart cherries!  In two weeks it should be ready and I’m sure it will sell out fast.  Since I’m not drinking for a while best beleive I’ll be bottling a bit of this for next year;)

Thats awesome… let me know how it turns out…. I did a 2nd batch myself which was a Red Ale extract, but I added some Cascade dry hops to it to make it a little different. Its all bottled up but still unsure on the results as I may need an experts opinion as I maybe judging myself to critically on its results… If it ends up ok, I will post it up online. But you best save me a bottle of that.

Well seeing as you may get coal, that could be something to add to your boil!!
Who knows, it may take off.
