Office Complainers
A couple weeks ago we moved from our suburb office back to our previous downtown office.
The move itself I didn’t mind, the only drawback is paying for parking… other than that I have no problems working downtown as it has some perks like actually walking to lunch, seeing the waterfront, watching bums in the park, whatever… but there are some stubborn coworkers that refuse to accept the fact this is where they will be working for a long time.
These few people honestly have nothing better to do than to find the smallest things to complain about, like:
- how they actually have to walk an entire block from the parking ramp to the office
- my umbrella turned inside out, like it never happened before
- It took me 10 minutes to park my car
- I miss going to the mall to go shopping during lunch
- the printer is too far away
My answers are:
- most of you need the exercise
- buy a real umbrella, not the tiny one that fits in your purse
- learn to park better,faster
- shop online as the mall downtown doesn’t have much to offer
- don’t use the printer, write it out by hand and the exercise won’t hurt
My complaints to them:
- you talk to loud and the cigarettes make your voice even more annoying
- who cares about your boyfriend/girlfriend/transient
- where some quiet shoes, I swear you can strike oil wearing them
- do you job and shut up
- DO NOT USE THE SPEAKER PHONE TO CHECK VOICEMAIL
This topic has been slightly mentioned in one of my previous posts, but it needed some more attention.
